Thanks for the concern – we’d had some ongoing problems with a persistent leak (International Center) recently. We’d noticed it coming in through one of the skylight penetrations several weeks ago and, of course, everyone assumed that the new roof system must be leaking. It finally turned out to be a broken water supply line in the mechanical building, leaking into the roof from behind the flashing. So - mystery solved, plumbing repair made and everyone happy again – but please give thanks to Sam – he must have made three or four visits just to help us track the problem.
